Summary
The app uses a embedded Rive API to retrieve metadata and a Cloudflare Worker proxy to manage the connection between the client and content providers. This backend infrastructure is used to remove tracking scripts from the source, bypass certain provider-level restrictions, and display content. The platform includes a local profile system and a manual episode selection tool for TV series, with the underlying architecture built to support data synchronization across multiple devices via Cloudflare KV. State storage is employed through a D1 database created in Cloudfare to store user data.
